Straightforward books with fewer moving parts. Often a best fit for businesses under $500k in annual revenue.
$300-$400 per month
- Lower transaction volume and fewer bank or credit card accounts
- Business and personal spending clearly separated
- Little need for integrations or additional tracking
Moderate
More activity and a few additional details to keep organized. Often a best fit for businesses with $500k to $1 million in annual revenue.
$400-$500 / month
- Moderate transaction volume across several accounts
- Payroll entries, loans, or payment intergrations to reconcile
- Some additional tracking or account balances to review
Complex
More accounts, more activity, and more to reconcile. Often a fit for businesses with $1 million to $2 million in annual revenue.
$500-$800 per month
- Higher transaction volume or multiple payment and sales channels
- Class or project tracking, cash activity, or more involved integrations
- More accounts receivable or accounts payable activity to review
These are pricing guidelines, not packages to choose from. Revenue is one reference point, not a pricing rule. Your monthly fee is determined after I review the books, and your quote may fall outside these ranges.

Hi, I'm David — the founder of Marlow Bookkeeping.
I am the founder of Marlow Bookkeeping and a Certified QuickBooks Proadvisor. I started my business after several years in the public sector because I found too many business owners were flying blind — messy books and bad communication leads to unclear financials. I help business owners trade messy books and guesswork for clean numbers, clear answers, and more time back in their week. My goal is simple: keep your books clean, your taxes stress-free, and your peace of mind intact.
I grew up in Dayton, Ohio and graduated from Ohio State University. In 2025, I moved to St. George, Utah to live a more healthier lifestyle filled with outdoor adventure. Outside of work, you can find me playing pickleball with friends, hiking at Zion National Park, or mountain biking the red rock trails in Southern Utah.
